Quick Troubleshooting
I cannot receive OTP verification code
Confirm your number is entered in the local format (example: 0244xxxxxx), ensure network coverage is available, and retry after 1 minute.
The app opens but I cannot see books
Pull down to refresh, then verify your internet connection. If the issue continues, contact support and include a screenshot.
A PDF fails to open
Close and reopen the app, then try again. If the file still fails, report the exact book title to support.
How do I receive app notifications?
Enable notifications in your device settings for Army E-Library. Broadcast updates from admins will also appear in the in-app notifications page.
